Every stage of a client,
already drafted.
01
New leads, nurtured
Everyone who signs up gets three emails, three days apart: thanks for getting in touch, how you work, and an invitation to talk.
02
Reminders that run on dates
Import an appointment date with each contact and they get a reminder the day before. Renewals get a note 30 days ahead.
03
Clients onboarded
When a lead's status changes to qualified, two follow-ups go out. New clients get a welcome aboard, then what happens next.
04
Off until you say so
Lead nurture is drafted at signup and the rest are one click away. Each stays off until you turn it on, and Airis asks before turning one on.

Which businesses get the service kit?
Agencies, B2B services, finance and insurance, and real estate. Airis picks the kit from what your website says you do.
Where do appointment and renewal dates come from?
From your contacts. On a paid plan, import a CSV with an appointment date or a renewal date column and the reminders run from it. There is no calendar or booking-tool sync yet.
Can I see where each lead stands?
Yes. Every contact has a lead status (new, qualified, customer or lost), and the Qualified and Clients segments update as it changes.
What emails does Airis write?
The three lead nurture emails, plus a monthly insights email, a spotlight for a listing or case study, and a client feedback email, all in your brand. Each flow you build adds its own.
Will anything send without me?
Emails are drafts and automations stay off until you turn them on. Airis asks before anything a customer would see goes out.
I set up email for clients. Is this my page?
If you run accounts for clients, the Consultants page is yours: each client gets their own account, built from their own website.
