Open Connectors
In claude.ai, the desktop app or Cowork: Customize › Connectors, then Add › Add custom connector.
Paste the link
Name it Ongage Airis, paste the link as the MCP server URL, click Continue, then Add. Keep the detected settings.
Sign in and allow
Click Connect, sign in with your Ongage Airis account and approve the access.
What Claude can do
On an Airis plan
Everything Airis does in the app: plan and build segments, emails, campaigns and workflows, then send, schedule, edit, pause and delete. Claude asks before it sends, publishes, changes or deletes anything.
On Student and Academy
Claude reads your account and creates drafts, the same as in ChatGPT. Upgrade any time for the full tool set.
You decide per tool
Under the connector's Tool permissions, Claude lets you set each Airis tool. Keep write and delete tools on Needs approval, so Claude stops and asks every time.

Disconnect any time

What do I need before I connect?
An Ongage Airis account with Ongage connected, and Claude on claude.ai, the desktop app or Cowork. Start free if you don't have an account yet.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to apps. Airis has an MCP server, so adding it is pasting one link.
Which plans get full access in Claude?
Airis plans. On Student and Academy, Claude reads your account and creates drafts.
Will Claude send things without asking?
Claude asks first: it says exactly what will happen and waits for your answer. You also choose per tool under the connector's Tool permissions; keep write and delete tools on Needs approval.
How do I add Airis to ChatGPT?
Open the Ongage Airis app in ChatGPT, add it, and sign in with your Airis account. No link to paste.
How do I disconnect?
