Claude questions
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to apps. Airis has an MCP server, so adding it is just pasting a link.
Do I need Claude to use Airis?
No. Airis has its own chat with the same tools. Connect Claude if that's where you already work.
Which plans get full access?
Paid plans. On Free and the Academy, Claude reads your account and creates drafts.
Is my account safe?
Claude connects through your Airis sign-in, and only to your own organization's account. Remove it from Claude's connector settings any time; to have us revoke it on our side too, email privacy@ongage.com.
Will Claude send things without asking?
Claude asks first: it tells you what will happen and waits for your yes, and every Airis tool starts on Needs approval in Claude's connector settings. Keep write and delete tools there.
