Is Airis on WhatsApp live?
Not yet. It's coming soon. Once it launches, you connect it from Settings in Airis with a one-time code.
What will Airis do on WhatsApp?
Answer questions about your account (campaigns, flows, lists, bounces and unsubscribes) and create drafts: campaigns, emails, segments, workflows, reports and tags. Before it creates anything, it asks you to reply YES.
Can it send my campaigns from WhatsApp?
No. On WhatsApp, Airis creates drafts. For sending, scheduling, edits and deletes, it replies with a link into Airis, where you finish the job.
How will I connect?
In Airis, open Settings › Profile › WhatsApp and get a one-time code. WhatsApp opens with the message written; send it. One phone per person, linked to the account you connected from.
How do I disconnect?
Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or disconnect in Settings in Airis. You can connect again any time.
Can I ask it about anything?
No, only your email marketing: your campaigns, emails, segments, lists and flows. Reply HELP to see what it can do, or to reach a person at support@ongage.com.
