What is MCP, and do I need it?
MCP is the open standard Claude and ChatGPT use to connect to apps. You don't need it: Airis has its own chat. If you already live in Claude, one link connects it to your account. In ChatGPT, add the Ongage Airis app.
Will Airis send anything without asking?
It asks first. In its own chat and in Claude, Airis tells you what will happen before anything is sent, scheduled or changed, and in Claude every Airis tool starts on Needs approval. Drafts stay drafts until you send them.
What does Airis build when I sign up?
A brand book from your website, then a starter kit for your kind of business: segments, emails designed in your brand and automations saved as drafts. A typical account gets 12 segments, 8 emails and 2 automations in about a minute.
Is the ChatGPT app live?
Yes. Add the Ongage Airis app in ChatGPT and sign in with your Airis account. There it reads your account and drafts emails, segments and flows, which you review and send in Airis. To send from a chat, use Claude on a paid plan.

Where do my emails send from?
